I did the 6 pack Calorie Burn workout today ... because 12 minutes was about all I had. It really is a good workout for 12 minutes. There are mountain climbers at the end that seriously kick my butt, and thats what I really need.
I have a bit of a game plan for the rest of the week, but we will see if any of it pans out. For now, my primary focus is "sleep training" my 3-month old son ;)
