Sarah Jo gave me a few "pregnancy tips". Not all of them are fitness related, but some are, and thus these appropriate for the blog this week :)
First, hydration is not just important to runners...its important to pregnant ladies too!
And since I am doing yoga (and thats about it)...there are some differences between what I'm doing in yoga versus what a runner might do in yoga. For example:
Ok, nothing to do with running, or fitness, or anything really. Just plain-old-funny.
It appears that a 78-year-old woman in the Stockholm airport misunderstood the baggage process just a wee bit. Instead of placing her bags on the belt,
she placed herself, at which point she was sent down the baggage chute.
In case you were worried, she suffered no major injuries and still made her flight!
