I finally ran today. I honestly didnt want to run at all. And, I'd like to say that once I got started I was enjoying it ... but thats not true. I wanted to get it over with. Bad. In fact, I kept picking up the pace just so I'd get to three miles and I could stop :) Anyway, I hope that the beginning of a new month is also the beginning of a new routine. Not only that, but I've got a 10K in about 6 weeks and figure I'd better start training if I dont want to break myself on race day.
