My personal trainer went on a two week vacation, so I figured I should take a two week vacation from running. Well, that was part of the reason. I also had a paper due for a conference that took up all of my naptime running opportunities (in addition to keeping me up late) for the past two weeks. The paper was finally submitted last night, but I was up until 1AM and I'm just exhausted today.
The personal trainer was actually back last week and I intended on actually meeting up with her and getting in one workout, but due to a communication issue we both went to different locations. Guess working out just wasnt meant to be for me.
I do plan on getting back into action. Mainly because I no longer have any excuses. The paper is done, the kids have been napping great, and I have a 10K race in November I should probably start training for ;)
