I mentioned my trainer was abandoning me until the end of August, right in the middle of a time in which I feel I really need some help with this pregnancy ;) Anyway, she sent me a list of stuff I am supposed do on my own:
I am hoping I can get her workout in 2X a week, but the way I have been lately makes it doubtful. I intended on going to yoga today, and of course ... I didnt. I intend to do a lot of things that I dont actually do, although I did manage to shove 10 (frosting-coated) cookies into my mouth today.
