I made an appointment with a personal trainer on Tuesday. Unfortunately, she does not have a lot of availability that matches mine ... but is running a boot camp that begins in June I'd like to participate in. Her review are good, and she will be coming to my house, so I'm hoping I wont get stood up this time.
I'm also hoping to hit up another yoga class this weekend, at the studio I'm familiar with. I'm assuming Sunday will be more likely that Saturday ... but we will see!
And speaking (or typing) of yoga, my lower back has been hurting me. I'm not sure if it was the "easy yoga" I took on Wednesday night or the 30 pound toddler I tend to pick up and put down more times than I can count in a day. Likely, its a combination of the both. Good thing I'm taking my time getting back into the swing of things, otherwise its possible I could break myself.
