A New Game Plan

I'm starting to feel better. My cold symptoms are 90% gone, but I'm tired. Really tired. So now I need to figure out how to best get myself to the 8K on Sunday.

I missed my ab class on Monday but plan to go tomorrow. I'm sure that it wont be easy, seeing as I havent moved around much in the past week or so. But its something. I also am planning a short run tomorrow (2-miler). That should be a good combo to get me back in action (abs + run). On Thursday I have a sitter during the day and intended on going down to the lake and doing 4.5. I'm pretty sure that would be a bit too much for me right now, but I'm still going to go down to the lake and make an attempt. I'll probably do a short run on Sat ... and then its d-day :)

YOU CAN DO IT!! just go out there to have fun and take it easy at the start and you will definitely make it :) good luck!!
