I have only done one run this week (outside of my Sunday "long" run). I have been trying to do a run every other day, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and then Sunday again ... so essentially 3X a week is my goal, plus 2 cross-training sessions.
Due to the fact that I just finished off 1/2 of a pizza, I dont think I'll be heading out tonight. I might be able to squeeze in a run tomorrow, but we already have a full schedule and I am not sure if I will be able to find the time. 5 miles is my goal for Sunday ... so we will see how that pans out!
