'Twas The Night Before Christmas when I realized ...
That leaving things until the last minute has some serious consequences.
Did you know stores close by 6pm on Christmas Eve? And that includes grocery stores? There are only so many groceries you can buy at Walgreens (and seeing some parents shopping in the "toy aisle" of Walgreens this evening was quite sad).
Things haven't gone quite as expected, but of course it will all turn out (hopefully). I have to return to my present wrapping and getting Brooke ready for her big outing tomorrow!
