Waiting...

Life still continues to be about the same. Ryan is sleeping through the night again (yes!) but still taking short naps. I'm getting enough sleep at night but still having a tough time managing the days. The kids naps are overlapping on most days, but its the first (and only) 30-45 minutes per day I get to myself. I was good about doing videos and ab workouts a few weeks ago, but recently I have been so exhausted I just veg out for those 30 minutes :(

I guess I'm waiting for this treadmill to be the answer to everything. I know it wont be, but I have sort of put all my eggs into one basket. The status says it's on route to the delivery company in my state, so I assume I will get a call in a couple of days to schedule local delivery. Unfortunately, I have a feeling it wont be until next week. That means that I will be without this treadmill for the entire week 3 of my training program. Since I took off all of week 2, I really do need to find some sort of way to get out there for a run or two this week. The question is ... how?

I'm hoping that I find the answer to that question in the next couple of days. Until then, I will sit by the phone and hope the delivery company calls with miracle delivery news.

Good luck with treadmill! I hear it's a godsend for some moms with kids around. And it's all-weather, too! :)

I just came across your health and fitness blog. Your article about waiting for the delivery of your treadmill was especially interesting. I especially liked your comments about the spare time you have for yourself once a day-maybe get out and try a new running path or work out those abs! I am adding you to my favorites. Since you and your readers are interested in health and fitness, we thought you would like to check out our ab workout machine called The AbStand. The AbStand is a full-body workout machine that provides an easy way for you to get a superior work out in the comfort of your own home! Any feedback would be appreciated as well. Thanks!
