Sitting in Starbucks "working". Yes, I am getting some stuff done ... but right now I am wasting my time on this stupid blog-thing ;)
As I sit here, in front of the broken fireplace a guy is trying to repair, I glance outside and see
snow
Its snowing here. I know its December. I'm aware we get snow in the midwest. But I still am not quite ready for the true "Winter Warrior" training program thing. Does this mean I need to run in the snow? To wear all that gear I bought? Am I gonna need Yaktrax? This stuff is not sticking (yet) but we have HUGE flakes. Its crazy. Its like a sudden snowstorm from the North Pole. Sure, Santa can bring the stuff ... but how about December 24th? I would like the pleasant surprise of a White Christmas. I dont really need the stuff right now :( I swear, I feel plenty festive without it.

Please get the Yaktrax. You don't want to slip and fall and get hurt. I don't want to read about any more of my bloggy friends getting injured.
I almost bought the Yaktrax last year, but them changed my mind. It was flurrying a bit here yesterday...I am actually looking forward to some snow. :)
But the first snowfall of the season is a little exciting, isn't it? :) Thank you for your well wishes this weekend!
