Sometimes I have seen cabs decorated around the holidays - particularly Christmas or Halloween. I have never seen one, on a normal day, driving around looking like a circus car.
It has stuffed animals all inside, and on the hood is written "Summoer of Love" and "Go Cubs"...but thats not the weirdest thing. The thing that makes it a bit scary is the pig-head fastened to the grill.
