Its 11:00pm and I am working on wrapping up this paper. I think I have about another hour to go. Outside of eating and working on this paper today, I have done little else - but I did go to PILATES!!
It's official, I was productive on a Rest & Stretch day. Now I have a tinge of worry that I will be sore tomorrow, and that the soreness will impact my Friday & Saturday runs - but for now I am trying to ignore that factor.
There are only 5 people in my class - which is nice, but wierd at the same time. You cant help but look at the instructor and have them look back at you - and we all were watching each other the whole time. Nobody blends in :) I also got an inkling that the instructor didnt really want to be there...so we will see how the class progresses over the next 5 weeks. All I know is that I normally sit around on my Rest/Stretch days and for the next 5 weeks I will not be capable of being so lazy on Thursdays. I think I have permanantly written off Sundays as a day of rest though - I deserve it!
