I was totally not in the mood to do my run today, so I stalled all day. I went to the grocery store & post office, did some reading for my exams, took a nap (last night was tiring!), talked with my professor on the phone, etc. Finally I made myself go and get it over with ;) Training Log

So, I was supposed to do a 40 minute run ... but ran into some difficulty. I was starving before I went to the gym and was munching rather mindlessly. About 10 minutes into my run I was sweating like a pig, a bit dizzy, and totally queasy. I was pretty sure I was going to barf. I think that if you are going to go for a run, eating a couple of handfulls of chocolate-covered raisins and some Sun Chips is probabally a bad idea. I decided to push it to 3 miles and then just give up. I am doing 8 miles tomorrow, so I think I can forgive myself just this once.
Progress Made
- I bought some stamps so I can mail in some of the fundraising money I have collected!
- Finished draft one of the paper, got some input on it - ready to work on draft two tomorrow & sunday
- Sunchips + Chocolate Covered Raisins + Running = Puking
