Shuffle Official Time

I found my official time (I couldnt get it to load last night) in addition to splits. Though I wasnt the last person to cross the line, I was pretty far in the back. Still ... they should have been able to save me a banana, right??? The math part I had to do on my own, since they did splits in total time (sheesh).
Mile 1: 11:43
Mile 2: 11:48
Mile 3: 11:50
Mile 4: 10:46
Mile 5.2: 10:34

So I went even slower than I thought for each mile. I figured I was slow in the beginning and then picked it up a bit, but technically I didnt pick it up a whole lot until the last mile. Oh well! I had fun and finished feeling good.

By the way, my sisters time? 56:41 :)

They definitely should have had a banana or two for you!

Do you feel like you were slowed down because of all the people there? Or just the general conditions? I still think you did great!

I wasnt really slowed down by the people, but figured it wasnt worth it to try to push it due to the crowd. So I made the mental choice to go slower and just have fun purely because I didnt want to do the zig-zag for 5 miles :) The conditions were actually fine though! I was cold pre and post race, but felt great during it.

Of course they should have had a banana for you. Good job finishing. Having fun is the biggest, most important part.

Nice job on the race! I think the Shuffle would be fun, but don't really envy the crowd for that distance!
