Looks Like I Am Gonna Live FOREVER!

According to a recent study by Danish researchers, the combination of drinking in moderation and keeping physically active is the key to keeping your heart healty. In fact, this study found that you don't even need exercise: drinking alone reduces the liklihood of fatal heart disease. (Although doing both is obviously better).

This is good news for me! I had a few drinks last night, am going to have a few more tonight, and even plan to squeeze in some moderate physical exercise at some point this weekend ;) Here's to my health!
