Good Finale or Hormonal Outburst?

I finished watching the Grey's Anatomy finale a bit ago, and found myself bawling at the end. I admit this is not the first time I have cried during a tv show (movie, or commercial!) but I can't figure out if it was a good finale ... of if I was just suffering from some odd hormonal reaction :)
