My Sister Is a Bit Odd

But its ok - it runs in the family :) While stalling for cupcake-time, Jean & I did a bit of walking around and shopping. After Starbucks we hit some stores, and then I decided to take advantage of some of the gizmos on my phone and take some portraits of my sister. She makes a nice mouse (or whatever that is). We then went to pick up our cupcakes at CakeLove and head home:

My cupcake (chocolate with vanilla frosting) was ok - but I still think we have them beat at home with Sensational Bites!

We just hung around for the rest of the night. Jean has to go to her "real" job tomorrow and I have to work on my presentation for the conference...so not a whole lot of excitement on the plans for today. The weather also put a bit of a damper on any idea of doing something outdoorsy - and we were glad we decided not to head downtown to do anything ... rat poision weirdness closed many of the metro stations and we have a feeling that we might never have gotten back home!
