Training Log
Time:  30 minutes  Distance:2.70 miles   Pace:  11:06min/mi
Thank goodness it was supposed to be an easy run. I took my pace down to 11:06 a minute and still could barely complete it. 30 minutes felt like 30 hours! I am hoping that just getting "back on the wagon" will help me tomorrow and the day after, and that I will not see that kind of struggle in days to come. I am also hoping that much of the problem was poor nutrition and dehydration which I can overcome just by feeding myself properly!
Progress Made
- Got back on the program
- Studied a bit - not much...but its better than nothing!
- I guess I have been taking pretty good care of myself, because when I take "bad" care it shows. I learned I need to keep up with the training and watch my sleeping and eating habits!

Oh, I have felt your pain. :) It doesn't matter how many marathons I run, I NEVER learn. However, I believe you should enjoy your life - the marathon and the training is only part of it - so good for you for living it up in Vegas. And remember, what happens there, stays there - right? RIGHT?
